Position Overview
This role involves traveling from school to school to educate and inspire children in junior and secondary schools through life skills and personal development programs. Topics include self-leadership, critical thinking, confidence, future planning, and much more.
Our mission is to help develop the next generation of leaders who will take Ghana to the next level. We are looking for someone who is flexible, teachable, and able to represent and communicate our values while inspiring young kids and young adults through positive leadership and mentorship.
- Role Type: Full-time
- Location: Atwima Nwabiagya North District, Ashanti Region
- Preferences: Candidates based in Kumasi are preferred; possession of a valid driving license is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit primary and senior high schools to educate and inspire students.
- Teach non-traditional/holistic educational subjects such as life skills and personal development.
- Encourage students to believe in their potential and future opportunities.
- Represent and communicate the values and mission of the organization.
- Adapt teaching methods to different age groups and learning needs.
- Work collaboratively with schools, teachers, and communities.
Candidate Profile

The following experience is considered a strong advantage:
- Qualified Teacher Status / licensed teacher.
- Experience working within educational programs / non-traditional or holistic educational subjects.
- Familiarity with schools in Ghana, preferably within the Ashanti Region.

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Secretary / Administrative Support Professional to support the establishment, coordination, and growth of our foundation activities in Ghana. Position Overview

- Location: Remote / Work-from-Home (With regional travel)
- Preferences: Candidates based in Kumasi are preferred; possession of a valid driving license is an advantage.

This role offers flexible collaboration opportunities while playing a key part in supporting our administrative processes, coordinating activities, and building a strong operational foundation in Ghana.
Key Responsibilities
- Administration: Prepare, organize, and maintain critical documents, administrative materials, and reports for affiliate organizations.
- Coordination: Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements while ensuring seamless coordination across management.
- Documentation: Attend meetings and accurately record comprehensive notes and minutes.
- Stakeholder Relations: Manage communication, maintain professional relationships with stakeholders, and represent the foundation when needed.
- Project Support: Assist in building, developing, and coordinating educational and foundation-related projects and activities.
- Mobility: Travel to and attend meetings or field activities at different locations when required.
Candidate Profile

Preferred Qualifications (Advantageous but not mandatory)
- A college or university degree.
- Previous experience in secretarial or administrative support roles.
- Experience working within the education sector and/or non-profit organizations (NGOs).
- Proven experience with document preparation, meeting coordination, and stakeholder communication.
Location & Logistics
- Primary Setup: Remote / Work-from-home.
- Foundation Base: Atwima Nwabiagya North District, Ashanti Region.
- Travel: Must be willing to travel to different locations when necessary. Candidates living in or near Kumasi are highly preferred.
