Our Fight Against Infrastructure Injustice

Corruption and bribery are among the most destructive unjust behaviors plaguing our economy, preying on those who lack the means or influence to participate in them. This culture of dishonesty creates a deeply unequal system that favors the powerful over the vulnerable, ultimately slowing the nation’s progress.

One glaring example of this injustice is the poor state of our roads and public infrastructure. When funds meant for road construction are siphoned off through corrupt dealings, contractors are left with little resources, resulting in roads built with substandard materials that deteriorate rapidly.

These poorly constructed roads not only lead to devastating accidents and loss of lives but also isolate entire communities, cutting them off from essential services, economic opportunities and the basic standard of living they deserve, especially those in rural and underserved areas, cutting them off from essential services and opportunities.

The consequences are far-reaching as:

  • Damaged roads increase transportation costs.

  • They drive up the prices of goods.

  • They prevent emergency vehicles from reaching those in need.

  • Farmers are unable to transport their produce to markets in time, deepening poverty and economic losses among the most vulnerable members of society.

Ultimately, the greatest injustice lies in the fact that those who suffer most from these failing roads are the very people who never benefited from the stolen funds, while the corrupt continue to evade accountability and thrive.

The above serves as a reflection to the core mission of the Limadia Entity Foundation to uplift communities, fight against injustice, and drive the nation toward a better and more prosperous future.
