Our mission is the holistic development of children in Ghana and the provision of healthcare to elderly people with dementia. Limadia Entity Foundation aims to strengthen Ghanaian communities by investing in people.

We achieve this by:

• Developing educational and formative programs for Ghanaian children and young adults, focused on self-awareness, critical thinking, and personal leadership.
• Fostering civic engagement, social justice, and collective thinking.
• Breaking dependency on corrupt and dysfunctional structures.
• Providing psycho-education, guidance, and support for vulnerable older adults with dementia.

Position Overview

This role involves traveling from school to school to educate and inspire children in junior and secondary schools through life skills and personal development programs. Topics include self-leadership, critical thinking, confidence, future planning, and much more.

Our mission is to help develop the next generation of leaders who will take Ghana to the next level. We are looking for someone who is flexible, teachable, and able to represent and communicate our values while inspiring young kids and young adults through positive leadership and mentorship.

• Role Type: Full-time
• Location: Atwima Nwabiagya North District, Ashanti Region
• Preferences: Candidates based in Kumasi are preferred; possession of a valid driving license is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit primary and senior high schools to educate and inspire students.
• Teach non-traditional/holistic educational subjects such as life skills and personal development.
• Encourage students to believe in their potential and future opportunities.
• Represent and communicate the values and mission of the organization.
• Adapt teaching methods to different age groups and learning needs.
• Work collaboratively with schools, teachers, and communities.

Candidate Profile

• Serves as a positive role model within schools and communities.

Preferred Qualifications

The following experience is considered a strong advantage:

• Qualified Teacher Status / licensed teacher.
• Experience working within educational programs / non-traditional or holistic educational subjects.
• Familiarity with schools in Ghana, preferably within the Ashanti Region.
